Margaret Kustermann (Margaret)
A Chicago theatre stalwart, Margaret Kustermann's recent appearances have included roles in Defiant Theater's A CLOCKWORK ORANGE and MERRY JEWISH CHRISTMAS for the Bailiwick. She continues an ongoing role in LATE NITE CATECISM, and has appeared at the Steppenwolf studio in NO PLACE LIKE HOME. Margaret appeared in Michael Gilio's award winning film KWIK STOP and has a Masters in Theatre from Northwestern University.
Lily Miller (Lily)
ESTES AVENUE marks the film debut for four and a half year-old Lily. She loves animals and aspires to be a zoo-keeper when she grows up. In her spare time she enjoys musicals, learning Spanish, practicing yoga, listening to Princess stories and dancing. She is a prolific cyclist, having recently pedaled 12 miles in an organized ride.
Dan Flannery (Brian)
ESTES AVENUE marks Dan's second film with Paul Cotter, following JEFF FARNSWORTH in 2002. Other film credits include David Lynch's THE STRAIGHT STORY, CBS Movie of the Week THE PRESIDENT'S MAN, and THE WEATHERMAN starring Nicolas Cage and Michael Caine. TV credits include ER, THE UNTOUCHABLES, and CRIME STORY. He recently appeared at the Steppenwolf Theatre in William Saroyan's THE TIME OF YOUR LIFE.
Raminder Chadha (Parminder)
Raminder trained at Second City and is a regular in Chicago's stand-up comic scene. Film roles have included ALL THIS MURKY GREEN, LEGALLY DESI and LEVEL HEARTED.
Betsy Zajko (Rachel)
Originally from Cleveland, Betsy's film work includes THE SCRIPT DOCTOR for Showtime, MOTHMAN PROPHECIES and THE JOURNEY for the BBC. On the stage she has appeared in THE HOMECOMING, COLLECTED STORIES for the Halle, and OF MICE AND MEN for the Ensemble Theatre. She has hosted and produced shows on National Public Radio, including Harvey Pekar's AMERICAN SPLENDOR radio commentaries and A CHANGE OF SEASON.
Stephen Dunn (Neil)
Stephen graduated from Millikin University with a BFA in Theatre. Chicago theatre credits include WONDERFUL WORLD, directed by Paul Cotter, BALLS: FIVE ONE ACT PLAYS by Alan Ball, SUGGESTION FOR THE PREVENTION OF SERIAL MURDER, CHICAGO, THE WOOL GATHERER, and THE BALD SOPRANO.
